UK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Delivery cost for UK orders is £2.50.

Orders over the value of £20 classify for FREE delivery.

Your items will be shipped out within 1 working day of you order being placed. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Once your shipping confirmation email is recieved, orders should take between 1-2 working days to be delivered, provided that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the item.

Orders over the value of £50.00 qualify for free tracked shipping.

 

Your items will be shipped out within 1-2 working day of you order being placed using Royal Mail. Once your shipping confirmation email is recieved, orders should take between 5-10 working days to be delivered, provided that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the item.

 

Please note the following:

You may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Rivehr Cosmetics is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

 

RETURNS / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Rivehr Cosmetics. In the event that you are not satisifed with your purchase, we operate a 14 day return policy. We are happy to offer you a refund of items, providing that they are returned in an unused and original condition. Delivery charges are refundable only if items were faulty/damaged upon arrival.

You can request a replacement of your order in the event that goods are damaged upon arrival.

Customers must return the parcel to the returns address provided on your invoice. As the return of goods is the responsibilty of the customer, we would advise to send them via recorded delivery in the event that the parcel may become lost in transit.

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can not refund, replace or exchange cosmetics that have been returned in non-saleable condition.
